I mean the mode that you can play as an Elite in.
What I have visualized is something akin to Command and Conquer: Renegade's multiplayer mode. Say the map is a modified version of Sidewinder, with human structures on one side and Covie structures on the other. Each base would be made up of the following: a barracks where players respawn and change classes, an armory where they can take different guns, a drop zone where requested vehicles can be ordered, an aid station where players go to get healed, and numerous and varied gun turrets. The gun turrets would be autocannon (a fully automatic version of the Scorpion gun, but with much smaller rounds) for the humans and more powerful Shades for the Covenant. The most important difference would be that of an actual working class system. Marine classes would include:
Base Soldier (Battle Rifle, Pistol, SMG, and/or Shotgun; regular run speed, fastest melee attacks, regular armor, no shields, carries 2 guns/4 grenades)
Medic (SMG or Pistol; regular run speed, regular armor, no shields, can heal friendly soldiers using regenerating medkit but cannot heal self, carries 1 gun/3 grenades)
Heavy (Shotgun, LAAG Minigun, Flamethrower, and/or Rocket Launcher; very slow run speed, very tough armor, no shields, carries 2 guns/6 grenades, weak melee attacks)
Sniper (Sniper Rifle or Battle Rifle; slightly slower run speed, regular armor, no shields, carries 1 gun/2 grenades, has toggleable (flashlight button) thermal visor that makes Covies much more visible as dark spots and humans appear as bright spots and makes it easier to see in the dark)
Recon Soldier (SMG or Pistol; fastest run speed, weak armor, no shields, carries 1 gun/2 grenades, motion tracker has 2.5x range and detects cloaked Elites)
