Now, I know many people have claimed before that their dad/mom works for either Bungie or Microsoft. But what if the above is true about someone, would Bunige be allowed to tell their kids about Halo 2? Or would they have to handle it just like they would with their other fans?

Heh. If one of my parents worked for Bungie they would be miserable. Neither one of them gives a rat's ass about video games. ;-)

Beyond that, a NDA does not differentiate between strangers, friends, family members, or anyone else. If you have signed a NDA you cannot legally discuss anything covered by the agreement with anyone outside of the approved people.

If my dad did work for Bungie, I'd hide the remote, and all his beer until he brought a beta disc home ;)

But, alas, he doesn't. :(

I would just wait for "take your son to work day" but i guess it'd be useless if that day was after 10-9. But still would be awsome to go to the studios.

If my mom/dad worked for Bungie, I'd be very popular.

Yeah, I never though about that. They would problably just show their kids the cafeteria and send them home.

Kid - Hey dad todays take your kid to work day.

Bungie dad - You know, your right son; come with me and i'll let you play Halo 2 all day until you can't stay awake anymore...

Kid - thanks dad, your the best

Bungie dad - I know

Those would be the days...(day dreams)...
