we all look at halo 3 at first glance and say "wow, this is amazing, much better than call of duty". But technically, it really isnt up to standards, and CoD owns us on that part. Halo ODST is due out in a couple of months time, and surely the online, although the same, must be improved? i mean, things like this:

-The "beat down beat down" thing, that would never happen, futuristic or realistic.
-The respawn points, and im talking about the spawn dead behind eachother in FFA.
-Assasinations from the front. The whole point of Assasinations was to kill them from BEHIND.
-The extreme lag. Lag like this never happens in diffrent games, its kinda pathetic.
-Sword clashing.
-getting put into ranked matches with a whole team of generals when your a Brigadier and the rest colonel.

Do you agree it must be improved multiplayer wise to beat CoD:modern warfare 2?

Halo's Tenth Anniversary - July 21st, 2009 Thank you for the outstanding game Bungie!
Halo Series fan since it's creation.

Not really, Halo 3: ODST I think is focused on campaign mostly. So I wouldn't worry too much about the multiplayer.

1. In a game it would, which is what Halo is, after all.
2. Stop whining about bad luck.
3. A frontwards assassination is the product of lag. If it happens frequently enough, it probably on your end.
4. Well in different games, like FIFA09, there may not be anything to really show the presence of your laggy connection but rest assured that it is always there. If it is bothering you too much, then perhaps consider changing your ISP, which probably has more to do with your issues than any bit of Halo's coding.
5. So what?
6. ....that really does suck and should be rectified by enforcing party restrictions. Screw their convenience, I want a fair game.

No, stick to what we've got. It'll play fine.
