I'm not saying physical looks as a difference. We know Rookie is plain, Mickey has the Red, Dare has the Recon etc.


I'm asking if you think that each character will have different strengths and weaknesses in Firefight. Heres how I think it should look when choosing your character.
Rookie-all around basic, nothing special, but far from normal.
Dare-The recon armor grants her better stealth capabilities, and increases her speed, but stanima is dropped. She can't be followed by enemies, unless they see her with their eyes.
Dutch/Mickey- These crazy fighters prefer the heavy stuff, their splash damage is increased, but reload times are dropped, and grenade throwing is shorter.
ETC.

What type of handicaps/strengths would you see?

Yeah I know, I just think it would be cool to have different capabilities/ weaknesses in the game. That way, when you have a favorite character, there is a real reason why.

well there will be but not based on character. You'll play with skulls always. After each wave another skull activates which means the game will be different each time you play it.

LOL, and Johnson has a way with words, and a special attack called YELL! And he spooks grunts into a wave of confusion running into the nearest corner.

Yes I'm aware of the skulls and everything LOL. I might of not done a great job explaining in my original post.

I'm thinking each character should come stock with certain differences like speed, stanima, splash damage etc. I'm not asking Bungie to put it in, I just think it's a creative idea.

Yes there is a diffrence... ish. It all depends on the players skill in kicking covenant ass for example I'm good with a BR or in ODST I'll be a sniper, a team example is:

Cpt Trotta(me): sniper
Sgt Redwolf: CQB
WhiteFoxVids45: CQB
TERMIN8OR888: Medium/Short range

Just an example of what my team would be like.
