Halo and call of duty do not mix.

That's just not Halo. I know someone will complain about this statement but its true and there is no need for me to explain why. It just isn't.

I think it might work really well. You coul have a good range of possible call ins. Have a Pelican drop off marines, bombers, ODST with their drop pods etc. Maybe even weapon drops ala Halo 2.

It isn't the Halo we know. The Halo we know is over. The trilogy is done and dead. Time for new things.

Tank beats Ghost!
Tank beats Hunters!
Tank beats Everything!!!

Well if it's set during the fall of reach, it seems unlikely - all the ships will be busy fending off covenant and probably not able to focus their MAC Cannon's on helping you on the ground.

Just my opinion though (:

They could use a sniper for an antenna.

If i want air strikes i play COD. If i want to have heaps of fun and be awesome i play halo related games.

I don't like using the d-pad, it confuses me.

Every time you say something is old your dick shrinks.

Me:yea start walkin out there...
Partner:Ok....i hear planes...

I dont know, having air strikes and external support in general kind of adds a story to multiplayer which ruins the atmosphere of mindless and mysetrious combat.

I think that on Campaign you should be able to call in a Pelican to smash up Brutes because you just can't be bothered to kill them again.
It's not like any Covenant AA would ever hit it anyway.

Your friendly and eccentric Sangheili forum-poster. :)

You mean like call for reinforcements? Sound pretty cool. I'd want the enemy to be able to do it as well, though.

how about a 1 use equipment piece? you press x and you chuck it like a Frisbee it could plant in the ground 30?... meters in front of you. then a short sword flies above and drops a few bombs.

this way you can only use it once per use like a bubble shield

could work in matchmaking, like a single use power weapon that never respawns
