I understood the story well enough for watching your first attempt at a machinima. When I began making machinima, I wanted to immediatley begin a series, to do such a thing you need leadership skills when directing, as well as the ability to tell a story which would keep your audience entertained. Two things I have learned to be vital when creating films in general. Instead of jumping into making a series, make short action, comedy or music skits to get a feel for camera angles and a higher quality of videomaking. Use them as practise, so when you are ready to start a series, the audience would enjoy it from the first episode. Does this make sense?

For a first attempt in trying to tell a story through a video, generallya movie, it was not bad. As you make more, you will observe others machinimas, and see what they do to be suceessful.
