why are you looking at this?

so i have heard that you can take of the helmet of your odst in firefight, what i'm wondering is if you can make your visor transparent? (like in the opening cut scene of odst.)

like in this vid at 0:28 look at buck's helmet

I think the visor slides up or something, and it comes back down, maybe with a button on the suit.

i thought that at first too but if you look closely a greenish line of static goes over the visor and then it slowly gets darker.

Why does Bungie put us through such avid anticipation?

I think the visor vanishes and reappears, like magic or something. After all it is the 26th century so they can do it.
