You notice in Halo that when the game ends, the scoreboard shows up and you have a few moments before the screen fades to black and you return to the lobby. Usually everyone just starts shooting each other, teabagging, or committing suicide. How would you feel if Bungie put in some sort of expressive action that your player model would do at the end of the game. Maybe a choice between like three actions for a victory and for a loss, I personally think that even just one for each outcome would be great.

I don't have many ideas for some of the actual motions, but having your player hold his AR over his head and bellow out a hearty Woohooo would be awesome. Oh and how about tossing your gun down at the floor when you lose. Obviously players that were not on the floor would not finish their cheer and obviously not the dead ones, but what would you think if Bungie put something like this in Reach.

What's wrong with celebratory crouching?

Nothing, I just think this would be cooler.

The way I think you would make your choice on the player customization screen where you pick your armor and stuff.

Ninjabag the tea-pirates!

I don't want to join your group.

I think it's a good idea, you could be able to choose out of a few different options maybe.

Oh, you wouldn't actually see your player either, you'd be able to see the other people in front of you.

No thanks. It would take away the illusion that Spartans have no emotions. It's better to keep them battle hardened super soldiers, not a giddy school girl dancing because she won.

Character Artist -- Electronic Arts

I don't think the vast majority of Halo Players are mature enough to use those types of emotes tastefully.

Yes, because they're so serious when they teabag each other. It won't be like actual dancing, kinda like the crap marines end up doing in campaign every now and then, very manly wooting.

Spartans are actually very human around each other(if you've done anything other than the games you would know that), they have that facade around marines to inspire them.

You wouldn't choose when it happens, it would happen by itself when the scoreboard shows up.
