Bungie does not set the price, or have any control for that matter. MS has full power, and there's nothing they can do, since MS owns the game, and is the publisher. The publisher decides all matters of the game. If they say "Jump", the developer says "How high, at what angle, where, when, how long should we stay in the air, and for how long do we do all of this?". MS decides what goes in and not, the advertising, the date it comes out, the price, the cover art, the manual, the CD art, the back of the box, where it's sold, what comes with it, if it has any other editions, what those additions cost, what comes with them, and the content of the game, among other things. Bungie has no control. I fully support the price still, but I would like to say that Bungie has no control over Halo. They do not own it and they are not publishing the game.
