Armor Lock is not a crutch, it is a wheelchair!

I have used the search bar and the F.A.Q. but I can't seem to find an answer if you are able to install Halo 3: ODST to your Hard Drive. If you can find a source that states whether or not it is possible or not, please post it.

You may be special but that doesn't mean you're useful

Yes ODST has no matchmaking, therefore there are no disadvantages to installing it to your HDD

And every 360 game has the ability to be installed to a HDD

Yes, Bungie fixed the issue on the ODST disc.

It will be fine.

Yep, and the 2nd disk works better that way in terms of speed loading. If course, I can't give you numbers, but im sure someone will compare times on release day

Yes for ODST.
No for Multiplayer disc.

Go Rams and Missouri!

Disc 1, yes. Disc 2, no.

The fight has been complete.... now get the cookies!

While we certainly share your enthusiasm for the return, we here at the Bungie.net community are mostly made up of snarky asses and jerks who will ridicule you for making a thread about something revealed months ago. We regret that your innocent intentions will almost certainly be replied with anger and sarcasm, and politely invite you to don your Flame-suit, because you just did the internet equivalent of jumping up the Construct lifts.

But you do know it is to reduce lag and faster loading times, right?

Yes, you can install it to your hard-drive, although i beileve i recall reading on the frontpage, on a, FAQ about ODST, that it is not recommended, as it can slow down the game, or something along the lines, either that or Bungie doesn't want you getting the content for free, and returning the disk.
