Bungie is the team that made it all happen. They brought to us one of the most played online games of all time. BTW I had the number seven before I played any Halo game. However, I'm honored by the fact that its Bungie's also

Remember... This is the way the world ends and the battle begins!

What would the storyline be in Reach, of course trying to save Reach from destruction ( which btw you will lose if thats the case bc Reach is glassed in the end) so how would it play out. See how long one can keep the Covenant from glassing the planet, or maybe you decide the fate of Reach by your actions in the game. Either way i believe it will be great seeing what Bungie has produced the past couple of years.

I hope they don't stray too far from the best of the Halo novels...

I feel the same, maybe if they add a little extra that was left out or that would add to it, that would be nice.

Well from the trailer it looks like we'll be meeting a couple of new Spartans, but one thing I noticed was the trailer's first line: "This is Fermion RSO, uncomfirmed report of an in-system slipspace rupture."

The Fermion Remote Scanning Outpost was in fact in the book, and was indeed the first satellite to detect the Covenant fleet.

So not all is lost...

MEhh. well master chief is awsome. but being the book worm that i am ive taken favor to someone with similar likness to john- Fred SP104. LIke i hope this game lets you play as or see what actually happens to him after Masterchief left him in command of over two dozen spartan II's. And their Epic battle trying to defend the Generators on reach that powered the Orbital MAC guns that defended reach. And hear the voice com of the Coward vice admiral whitcomb's cry for help then death. GOd theres so much that goes on - on this planet in the books, and i hope this game rewards us with so much as well.

I'd like to see one of the other groups of Spartans. Blue Team (John's) was on the station and Red Team (Fred's) was protecting the generators, but there's still two groups of Spartans left (Green and Yellow I think).

PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME GROUP INVITATIONS

The Halo REACH Script (post thoughts in thread)

Writing Lead of Whisper Studios. Check out Heron!

Look... I'm on bungiepedia!

We don't know. It will surely start with the Covenant invasion, Red Team falls to the surface and moves to the orbital generators. Fred splits the team up, and since the only team of combat-effective Spartans which would have included a -259 and -320 is Beta, we will probably be left to defend the generators. From here, the rest of Beta's story is completely untold in the novels... so it can go anywhere from here. We may even encounter the Flood.

I enjoyed First Strike the most, as well.
