The Halo PC flamethrower is the ultimate base defense.

You cannot tell me that you don't like the idea of spraying fire over a horde of oncoming flood, melting them before they can even attack you. If you say otherwise, you are kidding yourself and you know it. CONFESS!

What would you know about using the Flamethrower against the Flood, hmmmmm? I thought, in Halo PC, it was only a Multiplayer Weapon (I've never played it, so I may be wrong)...

You hintin' at somethin, Shish?

i own halo for the xbox and for the pc i know for a fact that you cant use the flame thrower in sp in halo for the pc....and the flame thrower isnt in halo for the xbox i beat both of the versions too.....

Actually, there's a mod I saw posted on the HBO mainpage a few months ago that let you have a flamethrower at The Library. So it is possible.

It would be cool having a Covenant Flamethrower, but only the Brutes or higher ranking Elites would be able to use it on their side. For it to work their would be almost a bubble like magnectic field that would control the plasma. What powers it though is pressure. In order to fire the trigger must be held for about two seconds so enough pressure can be built up for an about normal strike. The longer you hold the trigger the more pressurised the plasma would be, hence making it more powerful and travel farther.
To control the hot plasma while in motion with the flamethrowers magnection field for the plasma with pressurise its making it compress so it will cover a wider area rather that going straight like the conventional plasma weapons.

Cool idea Shai, if Bungie tuned and made it work it logically it could be a pretty cool and effective weapon.
