smart, interesting, seems out of place.

Official fan of Assassin's Creed, Call of Duty, (Problem with that?) Halo, and Bungie, also a total gaming junkie.

I'm not blaming it on anyone, I'm just making an apology. And I think my next story will be more popular after Helljumpers Section 1 is done. I'm just getting started, and the next one will be MUCH more well written. And expect some HJs characters to be in it.

TL;DR Not blaming, just apologizing.

By the power of truth, I, while living, have conquered the universe.

I've lost all faith in this forum...

Ktan, you are absolutely pathetic. In fact, this is the lowest thing I've seen in the Gallery since GruntKilla copied Mandalore's fan fics, you're being childish and stupid.

You can't expect everyone to read your stuff and comment on it, if that's what you're here to do then you may as well leave because it doesn't work like that. I have a grand total of about 4 readers, I don't care because they're all friends on the site who will tell me honestly what's good and what sucked about my work. I don't give a damn about catering to the masses, as you're trying to do.

You really don't deserve the amount of readers you get, the vast majority of people here will say "keep it up" or "great chapter", if that's all you're after then I really don't know why you're here. You have 84 comments in your hot topic, what more do you want?

You've lost my respect, you could have simply asked us politely to read and comment on your story but instead you chose to sink to a new low.

Congrats.

I know, I've lost respect for myself. And it was a JOKE. You guys have lost respect for me, I'm being low and childish, and you guys will never forget or forgive me. This really does suck. And I've asked on my story thread for people to comment MULTIPLE times, and asking people to read my thread would be just plain desperate. This was a JOKE. I was going to pull it on FTZ, but after how serious and hateful you guys were/are, I decided not to. Looks like I'll have to come back here in a few months after you guys stop hating me for a simple joke.

The Razor.

For the honour of the Mirratord.

Where you're going wrong is that you are writing to get people to read it, not for the enjoyment of the act of writing itself. Myself, AJ and Wolvers for example are all writers of equal skill, but myself and AJ don't get many readers (well I write original stuff so can't post it here), but we don't mind because we LOVE just writing for the sake of it. Wolvers has just been lucky.

But yeah, back on topic. True Sangheili is awesome.

My cliffhangers keep 'em coming back. My constant, evil cliffhangers.

;)

Anyway, I'm thinking of running another story alongside True Sangheili, as I'm the sort of writer who writes best when challenged with running multiple stories. It's also useful when I've got writer's block with one as I can just leap to the other.

I've already got the first chapter done and I'm loving writing it. It's my first return to first person since Memoirs but with a deeper, more complex character with stronger motives. You won't like him at first.

I'll think about posting the first chapter. Possibly. I'm finding it hard to keep it contained to myself.

The Razor.

For the honour of the Mirratord.

What you could do is write like three or four chapters of your new story, and post like one a week or one every two weeks so that you can always try and stay ahead. So even if you get writers block for it you still have a couple of chapters lying in wait to stave off the wait.

But whatever you decide to do, I can't wait to read it :D Morally challenged characters FTW.

Ktan Dantaktee

When I first met you I liked chating to you.
if you needed more readers you coulda just PM me and I would of gladly got my friends to read your story.

But now Im not so sure.
And I did'nt comment when you got black listed because I dont know what the hell it was and did'nt wana bug any one with questions.

Last I know I said I would take down that fanfic on this fanfic but I want to make sure WF has read it as it is his present and It wouldn't be right taking it from him before he has opened it.

I know that you guys no longer respect me for good reasons, but I still respect you guys. So like everyone else I'm pretty fricken excited about this "New Story", but make the next chapter for this ASAP. Your stories are like a drug, I'm addicted.

What happened to Peter David?

:P

  • 11.16.2010 1:57 PM PDT

He was this huge Fan fic writer on the Fable forums. He was so good Newyork times gave him a deal to write his own Book for fable 3. He is the most successful Fanfic maker of this time.
If you bought the limited addition of fable 3 it would come with it.
Hes sorta rich now but he still rights for us on the Fable forums.

Unnecessary post, relatively spammy. Please stop it.

Anyway, I have just Steadited (suck it, Alex) the first chapter of Wolvers' new story, and I can say without a doubt that it is going to be very good.

Once we are both online at the same point, we will discuss a few things I noticed in the early draft and will then post it. The story will be set in a relatively untouched time in the Haloverse and from an unusual character's perspective; in first person too.

Here's a teaser:

"I've done this before," I replied coolly, strapping my seatbelt in. The woman up front chuckled, and poked her head around the seat to face me, allowing me to get a closer look at her. She seemed to be in her early fifties, although in this day and age it was possible she was probably closer to eighty. Tinted sunglasses masked her eyes, even though it was pitch black outside. She wore a tight fitting black garment and was staring at me with a look so intense that it could probably burn a hole straight through the hull of a UNSC frigate.

1) He's not being uptight. You just don't know where the EDIT button is.

2) That preview gave nothing important away away.

3) Indeed.

Wow just reading that makes me salivate in anticipation.

How'd you find me?

Wolvers, I understand why you'd have problem with writing a new chapter more frequently. I've done so much growing up in the past six months since I first started writing fan fiction, and I feel jaded now. Real life has become quite the elephant in the metaphorical room, and time for douching around in word has become quite hard to come by, mostly because when I finish all my assignments I want to play Halo. You take as much time as you want with this story. We'll still be waiting.

As for you, Ktan: pathetic. I fought tooth and nail for all of my readers. So did Skulblaka, Nocbl2, Wovlverfrog, (at first, before he became the John Lenon of fan fiction)and everyone else who's had fan fiction on that top forum topics list, working up from obscurity to achieve greatness. You came and suddenly: "Hot topic!" I'm sorry, but if you would stoop so low as to make another account just to post slander without catching flak for it, I cannot read your story. If you make an alt account, at least do not lie about your opinions on a story and then use the thread as an advertisement for it. I know how you feel: "No one's posting, no one is reading." It doesn't mean that you should give up or use dirty tricks; it should mean you work harder. I'm very disappointed in you.

That comment is quite off topic. And it was a JOKE. Stop flaming me or this thread will get locked, and NO ONE wants that.

1. You've been making a lot of off topic and spammy posts in these threads, which could be construed as bumping. Wolvers has been banned and his threads locked before because of bumping.

2. There was no surprise in there at all, just the description of mysterious character and a very, very vague background of the story.

3. We have nothing against you writing your own fan fiction, but it will be confusing and a little de-railing, which can be bannable. Making a new thread will get you more readers, and stop this thread from being locked.

OT: I am hoping that Wolvers and I can discuss today, maybe get it up in around 12 hours, if not the first chapter then maybe just a prologue.

  • 11.16.2010 11:24 PM PDT

1. Good point

2. well I wanted a 100% new thing. I always get to egar and look at previews. I blame my self for that but still.

3. -_- you get banned for confusion and De railing. wtf. I dont really want more readers. I just want to express my Ideas. I come up with a lot of them at school and I dont ever get to express them. Sadly none of my Ideas fit into my 2 story's here or the one on the fable 3 forums.

4.Stop making fun of Ktan Dantaktee. yes he has done something that could be compared to a donkeys behind but he has apologized. So stop making fun of him. Its more off topic then what I post. And Ktan Dantaktee.
Dont ever post on another one of my threads with one of your fake accounts. That could get it banned. Ive got it at 265 yes votes and I dont want it crashing down before bungie sees it. I really want it to be made.

5. WF I think you sould post on the Fable forums. Trust me your a lot more free in those fanfics and its easier to stick to cannon. While this isn't the hard thing your looking for some times an easy thing is what you need to relax your head.
