Theres alot of speculation going on about the identity of the voices in the trailer, i think its too early to comment. If Bungie went ahead and gave the voices the serial tags of spartans we know about the whole thing would be unraveled too easily.

What im getting at is that maybe the trailer is giving false information to maintain some secrecy, look at the halo 3 announcement trailer and how different that was to the cutscene in the final game.

Yeah that's very true.

What the trailer says and does is pretty straight forward. It's as easy to recognize as the blue sky.

This topic and many more like it are the results of bored morons and over-speculation. You take an easy thing, you complicate it, -blam!- on it, and then complicate it some more. Just.... stop.

320 is Linda from the Halo Books. She is an insane sniper, capable of shooting banshees down in mid-air while hanging from one arm. (check the books). She is also very close to Master Chief, so he has to make an appearance.
Linda is 058...

Lols Were had.

I think in Reach we will see a different grouping of Spartans, but thats just me

Bungie put a lot of time and effort into their trailers and leave it up to the fans to disect and speculate in which ever way they like. If it bugs you enough to cause that reaction then stay away from the threads that are dealing with speculation and theories. Otherwise pipe down and let the people who want to find easter eggs etc do so without hassle.

My guess is she is a Spartan from Team Beta, along with -259.

Team Beta?
An 11-Spartan strong splinter team from Red Team, which fought on the surface of Reach. They are the only splinter team with at least 5 Spartans (as depicted in the banner) which were combat-effective (the only other, Team Delta, had 6, and they were all crippled).

In the halo Reach trailer at around the 40 second mark you can hear those words coming from a female spartan. Any thoughts on Sierra 320?

Sierra could be anything beginning with an S, or the name of a squad, battalion, brigade, etc. Not just a Spartan.

While that is true, in the Halo universe, Sierra in the NATO phonetic alphabet stands for Spartan (Sierra-117). That's the only reason why i' m certain that Sierra-320 is a Spartan. It would be extremely confusing to refer to multiple things as "Sierra" during a single engagement.

Good point, Snake. I think bungie would have used a different NATO letter rather than S -- twice. Why would S pop up twice if it wasn't an important clue? And S-259 says "Spartans on the ground. We're not going anywhere." signifying that he is one of the Spartans not going anywhere.
