Subject: Why Halo "3" ODST

I think they could lose the 3. It could just be Halo ODST. Yea its made on the same engine but it sounds like a full game. New single-player, New game-type(Firefight), yea the multi-player is the same but thats just good fan service in my book. I wish there was another game with Halo 2 Multi-player. The game has a new look to it. Its not like a copy and paste of Halo 3 it has upgraded graphics. There are a lot of New things in this and I think the only reason its still Halo 3 is the multi-player.

In the days of old, there were legends of a land long lost to time. This land was known as Ranna'Mor. Ranna'Mor was said to contain in its borders 7 warriors. These warriors had once unleashed a veritable hell upon the ancient world, until they were locked away. My name is Toriad, and I am one of those warriors. Our return is approaching. Do not run away, do not cower in fear; take solace in your final days, for that is all we can do. -Legend of Ranna'Mor

It's called Halo 3: ODST because it is a stand-alone expansion of Halo 3.

Halo 3 ODST DOESN'T have Multi-player. It has the new maps for Halo 3, Firefight, Campaign, and HALO Reach Beta, which will only be out for a month-2 or 3 months

Mythical Group

There is no greater catharsis than arguing on the Flood.

Ding ding ding!

We hope to see the Rookie meet the Chief, or do something cool that answers a lot of questions.

"Apparently people don't like the truth, but I do like it; I like it because it upsets a lot of people. If you show them enough times that their arguments are bull-blam!-, then maybe just once, one of them will say, 'Oh! Wait a minute I was wrong.' I live for that happening. Rare, I assure you."-Lemmy of Motorhead

i belive shhave funzes suppos

Yes, I'm the guy who had the Flood admit to being furries.

It can also still be considered halo 3 due to the multiplayer disc.

It doesn't have to do with Halo 3's plot however, the story takes place during Halo 2.

"What's the last thing a dead backseater ever hears from his pilot?"
"Watch this!"

I actually wondered this myself.

I think it's all marketing. I mean no casual gamer is gonna want to buy "Halo 2: ODST", they'll think "why would I want to buy 2 when 3 is already out? that's stupid"
