Rule 6: Respect the Admins
“It’s their website, and they can do whatever the hell they like with it. You’re a guest, and hassling them about how they run things is akin to going round your Auntie’s house and curling one out in her tea-pot.”
Listen, I'm in a good mood so I wnon't be an -blam!-. Microsoft makes the price, If halo ODST was nothing but campaign and fire fight, that means no multiplayer, no maps, it would have been $60 anyways. If it was just campaign and nothing else, it would be $60. If it was just 6 hours of a few cutscenes and 1 hour of gameplay it would be $60. Regardless of the content with or without the maps it would ALWAYS be $60. It is the standard sell price for ALL xbox games with no added features such as the "limited editions" with extra goodies.
No matter how you do the math your wrong. Every last game made for the xbox 360 is going to be $60 when they're brand new. So your not getting ripped off. Your paying as much as you would for any other game.
I reallise some people say bungie announced it would be $40. Even if they did that would be their Ideal price, but microsoft has trump and will decide price. They wanted it to be $60 dollars like every other f****** game.
