How I got Recon.

Hey peeps, Zero here with a concern I have about which difficulty I should use for my first playthrough of ODST. Originally, I was just going to do easy just to you know, get the hang of it and have some time to look at the game art and have just a fun experience, but with all the possible achievements/unlockables and such for beating the game on harder difficulties, maybe I should just do it on normal or heroic. I'm still debating, suggestions are appreciated. :)

Heroic. That's the way it was meant to be played. The covenant are strong, but not so strong that they're overpowered.

You don't mess with the best,
and the best don't mess with the rest.

Well, do it on easy, so you can get easy achievements without dieing, and get better and play on its harder settings.

I'm doing heroic as I do with other halos. It provides a challenge so you can't run through it and have to think, but it's not aggravating like Legendary is.

Of course later I'll do legendary and even try to do SLASO.

Heroic just feels like the way Halo is meant to be played. Normal is sort of easy, easy is "i don't wanna die mode". Legendary is "lulz, you suck" mode.

-I was here

well if u want to get the achievments right away, lengedary, but if u wanna find some hiddin eastereggs and stuff and just get the hang of the game, u should go through on normal

get out of here stalker

Why, legendary of course. If you play on easy you'll get killed right away.

Halo: CE Anniversary Achievement Idea
C-C-C-CANNON BREAKER!
Let Sgt. Johnson die on Halo.

On Easy, you can blow right through it, and it isn't the true feel of the game.

On Normal, you will feel vulnerable like a true ODST, and that's what you want to experience in the game.

Play it on Normal first time through.

Heroic first so I know what I'm getting into. Then legendary.

Magic is magical, so are shoes... Along with plastic.
Don't forget to flush the toilet, because -blam!- stinks.

Normal first.

I want to enjoy the game and have a good look before I go into Legendary

Halo: Reach Countdown!

I'm about to forge it up!

The hardest difficulty there so you can get all "finish the game on (difficulty) achievements ;)

You should go on normal to get used to it, then try harder difficulties.

Go Rams and Missouri!

I play on Normal. Easy isn't a challenge, but Heroic sometimes can be frustrating. With Normal, I can have a moderate challenge that will keep me interested, but not enough to get me frustrated. This way, the ODST experience is a smooth ride that is super fun.

7 lines isn't long enough for a signiture! =P

MegaHaxPwnage

Try normal first as it is the normal difficulty.
I was originally going to play through normal first but now i'm gonna go straight to legendary for a challenge. =D
