99% sure your stats won't be saved offline.
How are they supposed to save your stats then? Set up a small camp besides your house and put it on the website?

Oui aka yes there is already stat recording on site and if you sniff around the ODST project page it's got a small stat picture waiting for you to view. (when the game comes out.)

I believe it tells you your biggest kill your badges total kills and other stuff.

Your scores might save locally on your xbox if you aren't online but I don't think there's a way to get them to upload here. You might be forced to write down high scores on a piece of paper.
