I hate you unless I'm drunk.

You know what I'm talking about. You adrenaline pumps as you finish the final boss, finish the race, complete the last mission and then.......
You wait through.... the credits.
For some games you just shut off the console.
Others you're forced to sit there waiting, and waiting till the end because you know that once the end comes there will be a special "secret" cinematic.
Super Smash Brothers: Melee.
The credits were a game. They flew across the screen and you aimed and shot them and then at the end, you got a score.
Why can't Bungie do something like this for Reach?

Maybe the more credits you shoot you'll get a different end cinematic!
Maybe if you were to get all of them you get a reward. An armor perm, a super secret ending an achievement.
I think it'd be fun.

... let the people who made the game have their recognition at the end

TBH, I'd pay more attention to the names at the end if I were shooting at them, then if they were just scrolling across the screen.

lol the exact opposite 4 me but whatever. I found H3's credits to be funny with the personal messages at the end

Edit: Btw I did love smash's credits at the end.

Perception is everything.

Well let me ask you this. Would you rather bungie focus on how to make the credits new, original, and fun....or would you rather them focus on making the game new, original, and fun?

Mythical Group

There is no greater catharsis than arguing on the Flood.

I just think it's nice when you can skip the credits.

Its like with movies, most people walk out at the end when the credits roll.
Most people with games don't even pay attention, they get up get something to eat or drink.
I think more people would pay attention and read the names if it were made more interesting.

*side note*
The first time I beat Halo 3, the credits didn't even load. I saw a mountain with a sunset, and the camera moved, no names or anything.

In the words of Tony Stark, "Is it to much to ask for both?"

Why don't people understand love
:CCCCCCCCCCC

I like credits, When I finish the game on legendary it gives me a chance to read the names of all the people who made the game, so I know that I am better than them. :)

I'm not putting the long awaited the ending to the Halo series in the hands of a crummy unecessary target practice minigame, we arent 5 year olds.

bungie should make this the best since its the last halo game seriously i mean like a 24hour campaign new weapons new vehicles new everything that would be epic.

I actually really enjoy the Bungie credits at the end of the game. You know, it's some kind of Dessert. You witnessed the end of a saga, fought hundreds of fights and defeated thousands of enemies. Then, some calm piano music starts to play and the names of the people who made you able to experience such an adventure start to make their way through your screen. It's relaxing.

I actually like credits since I like the music that plays during most credits such as The Empire Strikes Back with the Imperial March.

They spend years creating the game, and you won't even give them two, maybe three minutes of recognition?
