This apple is brown, and rotten. This orange on the other hand, is in relatively average shape. So the orange is definitely the preferable option. ----------You can't compare apples and oranges. You're so dumb.
I am one of the few (or atleast it seems like it), that was fond of the Arbiter. The gameplay was the same as chiefs, but he had the useful limited camo. And his presence gave us insight into the Covenant.
That being said, the reality is, there was a huge outcry against it, when Halo 2 came out. Which is probably why he didn't have a huge presence in Halo 3. Additionally, it makes sense to get the perspective of an Elite on the events of Halo 2, and 3. In Halo 2, the Arbiter fights a Heretic faction, Flood , Sentinels, and finally Brutes. In Halo 3, he and his fellow Elites are helping to fight off Flood, and Brutes. In Halo: Reach, the Elites are killing marines. Doesn't make sense. Im sort of under the impression the bulk of Halo:Reach takes place after Masterchief is gone, after the future Arbiter has followed him through slipspace. Otherwise I say a cameo from the Arbiter, and Half Jaw in some form would be welcomed.
So unless theres something else on Reach, some kind of Forerunner installation, or ruins. There won't be any Sentinels, or Flood, and an Elite storyline wouldn't make sense with the game.
