Dutch: Alright let move out before the covenant come back.
Mickey: Who made you in charge?
Dutch: Do you know what the chain of command is? It's the chain I got get and beat you with till you listen to me.

Obviously you've never seen firefly or you would have gotten the reference and joke.

Eat raw meat.
Punch a bear in the face.

If you don't know who I am, the feeling is mutual.

I really hope Nathan Fillion gets an award for Buck. He's just so... awesome.

In the end, all of them should get rewards.

I was going to say the same thing, Nathan just gives it that "we lost the Battle of Serenity, I'm a soldier" type of feel. Hopefully we hear from Adam Baldwin aswell. "Boy, it sure would be nice if we had some grenades, don't you think?"

The fight has been complete.... now get the cookies!

While we certainly share your enthusiasm for the return, we here at the Bungie.net community are mostly made up of snarky asses and jerks who will ridicule you for making a thread about something revealed months ago. We regret that your innocent intentions will almost certainly be replied with anger and sarcasm, and politely invite you to don your Flame-suit, because you just did the internet equivalent of jumping up the Construct lifts.

At the end of Halo 3, finding out that only Arbiter made it and the whole memorial and then see chief in the cryo tube made me kinda cry because nobody knows what happend to him and they all think he is dead. And they only leave you with a cliffhanger and we will never have a Halo 4. So yeah with the music of ODST you can tell this will be really emotional.

It's probably amplified by Marty's AMAZING new music. I'm definitely getting the OST for this one.

Marty, you've done it again!

It's not Hip-Hop, its Electro.... prick.

I want to feel like I did when Foehammer was shot out of the air in Halo:CE.

"NO!!! *Gets in turret* die you -blam!-" was reaction. If any squad member dies, I want to get revenge.

Yea When I play Halo 3 Campaign I get an attachment with my fellow ODSTs or Marines. When one dies i feel somewhat sad but i just put Restart from last save and try to keep them alive next time.

I think it's because of Nathan Fillion as he seems to really put himself into the role of Buck.

Hes the only non Bungie Employee with the fire. So, yeah, of course he would give Bungie his ALL.

That line is in Halo 3. There is already firefly references in there. I suppose they will add more in ODST.

Don't take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyways.

I think that this game will be sad because you can relate to the character more than you can for master chief because you aren't a super soldier freak (no offense to MC AT ALL) and you'll be even more sad to see them die.

Well unlike the Master Chief who was trained never to show emotion this is something different to Halo from our POV. The emotions are there...I also want to punch Romeo...BIG TIME

True. They were trained to not show emotion and since we played as the Master Chief all the time I really couldn't get into it even at the end when Johnson dies he showed no emotion but here if someone dies or is injured they let out their feelings so then I can actually know how they feel thus making me feel sad or something.

And yeah who doesn't? lol

I can see people really getting into the Characters, they feel more human. Buck cares about his team and Romeo is a self centered prick. I do prefer Dutch, as I use heavy weapons the most in FPS. Though Fillion is defintely getting into his role, he's doing such an awesome job....think I might go watch that vidoc again
