Explain Why you chose what you did


For all weapons when dual wielding recoil is increased, bullet magnetism is decreased, and of course you do more damage. Max spread is by how much each shot goes off course at max range. Players health is 100 points+60 points shield health. Also any unessesary shield point damage will be carried over into body point damage as excess points. The shields absorb damage, and whatever damage isn't absorbed goes to direct body damage. So if a weapon does say 120 shield damage on headshots / bodyshots than I subtract the 60 points which is default max shield health from the shield point damage of the weapon and add the difference to body point damage because that's the damage that couldn't be absorbed by the shields. Also the battle rifle isn't realy overpowered I think there is a good enough delay between bursts.

also, i know spartans are big and all, but how exactly are they going to be able to dual wield miniguns? miniguns aren't 'mini', they're like the detached turret from H3

The pistol fires 2 rounds a second so that's 5 seconds to kill someone with headshots. The battle rifle isn't realy overpowered I think there is a good enough delay between bursts. And the miniguns are just a name they're almost as strong as the AR, but they are smaller and can be dual wielded. Im not saying there's anything wrong with Halo's current weapons.

I LOVE THE BR and SNIPER RIFLE I play MLG and i will never play Halo3 without the MLG game type and I HATE the shotgun shoot anywhere up close your dead and the pistals are kinnda awesome and who ever says i cant BR worth anything i would think again and most of all i want to thank BUNGIE for making the best game in history iv played all the Halo series and i love them all but i dont really like the Halo2 matchmaking I cant wait for Halo3 ODST to come out i heard there is no BR but i will still play it when Halo3 ODST comes out i will be playing both of the series Halo3 and Halo3 ODST alot cause the Halo series come out on my big brothers birth-day and sometimes the day before his birthday but either way we still get the games and i love them all THANK YOU BUNGIE FOR MAKING THE HALO SERIES AND MAKING THEM THE BEST GAMES ON EARTH
