It's not Hip-Hop, its Electro.... prick.
I think I would. It would be sort of like skydiving but even crazier since you start out in space
No one bloody looks here.... So why are you?-----Whatever doesn't kill me, obviously didn't try very hard...-----Discord is my bro.
Considering the mortality rate on those things, no. But if I was pretty Insane or something I'd do it.
*Cue Wild West Music*"I recken you don't come around these parts?"
yes
No, Bungie said the drag chutes occasionally fail in the ODST field guide. That would not be fun.
there are a couple companies already working on methods to skydive from the edge of space 100km up
In Halo: The Flood one ODSTs chute fails and she plummets screaming onto Installation 04. Horrible way to go...[Edited on 07.31.2009 6:30 PM PDT]

I would love to drop in. Mainly because I love the view and also because it would be epic right when I drop in a slipspace rupture happens. Dare: No, the carrier's gonna jump, it's a slipspace rupture....Buck: Stabilize and pop your chutes, we're going in hard!I'd be the strong silent type who would wake up 6 hours after the drop and I'd have to find clues to what happened to my team.
Doc: "i'm a pacifist"Caboose: "your a thing that babies suck on?"Tucker: "no dude, that's a pedephile"Church: "tucker, i think he means a pacifier"
Short answer, hell no. Read the books dude, there are ODST that die before they even make it to the dirt because of those pods. They are called Helljumpers for a reason.
Two wise young men meet at the top of a mountain and futally attempt to push each other off while the third, much older, wise man, that was first to the top, watches. After hours of struggle a victor was decided. As the victor turns to him, too tired to fight more, and the wise old man begins his climb on another hill far above the hill he recently occupied. The victor is left bewildered and lacks the energy to climb further. The wise man and the older wise man were now in their rightful places.
Not then, not now, but maybe after its been developed and tested.
Heck yeah. The mortality rate is high. What a way to go though. Look up real life Halo jumps on youtube. There is one world record jump back in the 60's. He jumped from like 100,000 feet or something like that.
The Admitting Noob.
Uhh Yea i think i would :D!it depends if i were odst or spartan though...
Yes,but give me an ice pack for my b@lls after.

He jumped from like 100,000 feet or something like that.I watched a thing on that on tv. The guy jumped from this hot air baloon that was super high up. The guys glove started to fall off before he jumped but he went anyway, a badass move...
I had actually thought of a Halo ODST Freefall ride, like they have at theme parks. Everyone sits in the pods and they drop, but of course slow down as you reach the bottom.
Join righteous purpose
I dont care i has notin better to do and besides up until atmosphere i wanted to do it but all teh lights scares meh..... I'll still do it
Don't take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyways.
My fear of heights and/or death make me not want to ever use a drop pod.

No. I'd watch. I'd ride a simulator. Would i do it IRL? Hell no.
My YouTube ChannelMy HomeTypical Halo nerd. Move along.
Could you imagine the G-Force hitting you? It would be so intense!
i would rather freefall from an army cargo plane with a parachute, the wind in my hair flying around. that would be more fun then siting in a tin can.
FEET FIRST INTO HELL
Hellz, yes. Just I hope I don't die the first day!
(;3=
hell yeah nothing like a good adrenaline rush
"I'm afraid of the man I'll become if I lay my life down for the people I don't even care for"
They should have an eject button. Once the chute fails. ODST's should be able to eject and skydive down and use a reserve chute on their backs.
Hell yes, I would, even if it does kill me.
