In this video the guy says "they never turn off", so we can turn off the skulls?

He says it at the end of the video.

idk maybe in the lobby you can choose to set them on or off

he said that affter set five (2 1/2 hours) all the skulls will be on and not turn off

It has a set rotation of skulls. First Wave is always Tough Luck. Once you clear 5 waves and reach the First wave of the second round, Catch turns on. Thats the furthest we've seen.

What hasn't been made clear is if the next skull turns on with the previous skull still on or is it only the new skull in effect? It seems that the new skull turns on together with the previous skull, meaning that both skulls effects take place.

Personally, I'd prefer if the skulls turn off and on over the course of the game, so there always is a varied pattern and also, I'd prefer that the same skulls don't turn on. If I didn't know that the Catch skull would turn on at the Second Round everytime, that's a much more powerful way of randomization.
