"Help Help I'm being repressed! Come and see the Violence inherent in the system!"
"Bloody peasant!"
"Oh did you see that? you saw him repress me?"

When people saw how high "Wort" jumped in the E3 04 MP demo, they asked the same question to the people who played it, and they said that they'd not noticed any difference. i'm hoping they dont do something like that, as then every1 would want to be elites.

yeah then it would be unfair like theirs a sniping position and you take it , then and elite sudenly appears in your scope.

That is because it is higher than in Halo CE. Both jump higher.

everyone just naturally jumps higher in multi now. MC jumps higher because of his new suit and so they are probably just gonna make it fair so that elites can too

i read or heard somewhere i cant remeber, but elites jump higher, but when they hit the ground after a jump, they stay on the ground longer because they are heavier. like a shock impact

ill try and find where i heard this

This whole jumping higher thing dosn't make any sense. What makes you jump higher on earth, than on halo.

yeah i was thinking the same thing. MC can jump high because hes really strong, but you kinda float down as if you were on the moon.

It's not where he is. It is the new Mark VI armor.

But mainly its for gameplay so you can jump over boosting Ghosts.

Sounds cool, but Bungie has stated that the only differences are cosmetic.

im fine with it either way, but it would be cool to have a tiny diffrence, besides cosmetic

Yea, I was just thinking about this too. Just some little tiny differences.

Just enough to make you take notice, not enough to alter gameplay or the decision between elite/spartan.

Both elites and Spartans, jump the same hight, at least in MP they do. The only thing is, they jump higher. There is no "schock impact" or anything that makes elites hit the ground harder. It takes awhile to get used to the jumping, but once you do it's the same and Halo:CE.

How do you know? I'm not doubting you, it's just that everybody here seems uncertain about it. Do you know for sure or are you speculating?
