A lot of people say Elites can't be in ODST (Firefight) because "OMFG THEY NOT THOR LIKE TIMELINZ SAYS THEY AT HALO". Yet they fail (lol FAIL) to realize that JOHNSON is in Firefight, last time I checked his was suppose to be on Delta Halo.

So hey I'm not saying Elites will be in ODST (Firefight). Yet you can't use the "lol timeline story" as an excuse to say no. They might or might not, but either way it wouldnt matter. If they are it would be better IMO but I'm not ganna hate it if they aren't.

Hunters
So I'm convinced there are two types of hunters. Not going to say I believe the color change. Yet I've seen the video and YES it looks like the Halo:1 style Hunter is back.

So what difference will these have, and how do they compare? Here's my idea.

Beam Hunter
The ones in Halo2, Halo3. These ones will be better at hitting moving, smaller targets. They beam can move and has a better "accuarcy".

These hunters are best to fight you when you are on Foot. Or maybe small vehicles. Most damage on vehicles would be "pushing over" and light damage. These guns are not explosive, but very deadly.

Weakness is heavy vehicles, and a longer charge rate to the gun.

Rod Hunters
Halo1 style guns. These hunters have a more damaging weapon. One hit will kill you, however since it's a slow moving, slow shooting weapon being hit on foot will be hard (easy to dodge). However in a vehicle these will be damaging.

These hunters are more anti vehicle, turret guys. They can damage you on foot well if your slow and bad, but mostly to fight vehicles, a few hits to kill a Warthog, and 3-5 more hits to kill a Scorpion, and when you have two, and other things this will do a lot of damage.

Weakness is slower shots. So getting close to these guys will be easier, just in ways more dangerous.

Modes
On Legendary both these guys will be epicly hard to kill. Beams will kill in a matter of mille seconds, and the splash damage on the FRG guys will be devastating

Easy they will be big scary guys who don't do much damage, but still big.

Bungie said no to the elites. All of the rumors were jackles. As for the hunters...

Marine Corps.
Semper Fi.

My problems [with Reach] are basically just full parties, mlg, and people who go out of their way not to get killed.

Wow... you say everyone fails for knowing there aren't Elites, and then you turn around and say the Halo 1 Hunter is back. I saw the video too. It's an Assault Beam Hunter.

Sorry to ruin your fun.

No it's new, A beam would not make that sound, plus you can see the "Rod" if you pause it, which does not exist in the Halo2 Halo3 hunter.
