As all of us Halo 2 players remember, when mods where used the right way(NOT IN MATCHMAKING) they were fun. Even for people that couldn't mod. This is why I think Bungie should make a Modder Friendly version of Halo: Reach. Not only would it keep all the "haxzorz" from trying to find a way around Bungie's security, it would be fun. In the mod friendly version it would not have a matchmaking per say, but it would have like a custom games search. I personally think it would sell great. Not only would modders buy it, but Non Modders would buy it too so they could play some awesome modified maps. I know everyone would like to join a halo game and be able to shoot Banshee bombs out of their pistol and spawn flying custom skinned hogs out of their Plasma pistol. Everyone who play modded maps in halo 2 will remember being able to do those things. And all those people will remember how much fun it was. BTW, I know this will probably never happen. It's just an Idea I've have floating around my head for a while now lol. I also would like to hear what everyone thinks about it. If they offered a Mod friendly version of Halo: Reach, would you buy it? Would you buy it even if you did not know how to mod?
(and for all you guys that have never played Halo 2 mods, go to youtube and check some out!)
