They would all have different stats for shield strength, shield recharge rate, health level, run speed, jump height, melee strength, melee speed, etc. which would make them all accurate, balancing out their spawning weapons. For example, against the Sniper class:
Support could use his laser to take him out from afar
Recon could use her camo to sneak up on him
Soldier could pepper him with a BR
Engineer's shields would recharge quicker than the re-balanced Sniper can shoot, and he could use his laser to take him out from afar
