BASE TITLES

* Member - Basic title for all members; Vast majority of Bungie.net hold this title
**title bar color is dark-gray

* Heroic Member - Members who have been here for a certain amount of time; haven't received many warnings or bans (if any).

* Legendary Member - Members who have been here for a certain amount of time; haven't received many warnings or bans (if any). There are likely other factors (but we'll never know). Usually they have been here longer than "Heroic Members."

* Mythic Member - Members who have been here for a certain amount of time; haven't received many warnings or bans (if any). There are likely other factors (but we'll never know). Usually they have been here longer than "Legendary Members" (possibly by 2 or 3 years).

PREFIXES FOR BASE TITLES

9 prefixes were added to the title system on November 13, 2008.

(in no specific order) with definitions [Thanks Batzter]

Prefix sub-category not specified
Absent - not in a certain place at a given time; away

Prefixes related to ban history or simply an absence of such
Honorable - worthy of honor and high respect
Noble - pertaining to persons so distinguished
Exalted - To praise, or honor

Prefixes related to join date
Veteran - a person who has had long service or experience in an occupation, office, or the like
Senior - older; of higher or the highest standing
Elder - greater than another in age or seniority

Prefixes related to forum activity
Intrepid - resolutely fearless
Fabled - celebrated in fables; myth or legend

Example: Honorable Heroic Member, Exalted Mythic Member, etc.

Priority Order for Title Prefixes (in order from lowest to highest)
(Priority comes into play only when a user qualifies for more than one member title)

1. Absent
2. Honorable
3. Veteran
4. Noble
5. Senior
6. Elder
7. Intrepid
8. Fabled
9. Exalted

SPECIAL TITLES

* Webcam MVP - Members who participated in Bungie.net's webcam games over the Summer of 2007 and managed to win the game on Monday. Mr Hand/Mr Hand 2 was the Bungie employee in charge of it. There are very few Webcam MVPs.
**Depending on what normal title they are, their bar will be that color.

* Theme Master - Bungie.net members who have created (and submitted) a theme for groups that was accepted by the Bnet Web Team. These members are honored with a custom avatar. There are very few Theme Masters.

Forum Ninja - Moderators of the website, and have special "powers" to lock, pin, and move threads, as well as many other things. You cannot ask to become a moderator, because then you will never become one. They will ask you.

Master Forum Ninja - Highest possible title given out to a member. Have a few more "powers" than a regular Forum Ninja, but that's not to be discussed. Ever.
**One can have any type of member title and still become a ninja.
***Their title bar color is a dark orange with a light-orange highlight around it.
****In groups, their title bar color changes to the normal colors.

* Has green text and posts in all caps; title bar color is a dark green with a lighter green around it.

Bungie Staff - Bungie Studios employees
*Have golden text; title bar color is a dark yellow with a golden highlight around it.
