You face an opponent who has never known defeat, who laughs in foreign tongues at your efforts to survive. This is Reply suicide.

I'll probably spend a lot of time in Firefight.
I don't like Halo 3 multiplayer that much. Most of it is far too unbalanced and there's a lot of "BS" in it. Being shot through walls, and sniper bullets not connecting when they should, being just a few of the things.
The other things are the people who play Halo 3 matchmaking. I can't stand them.
And then you have the fact, that there's really only ONE gametype on Halo 3. And that's "Team BRs" or just "BRs". And when anything comes up that's not "slayer", people automatically veto it because they lack the ability to think beyond "kill anyone not my color".
I'd much rather play Firefight, where you work together with a group of people to survive as long as possible (you're GOING to lose, it's just a matter of WHEN) instead of with a group of completely crappy players against really good players who only want to play slayer with BRs and call you a "noob" when they beat your woefully unbalanced team matching.
One of them just sounds like a MUCH BETTER experience.
And coming from playing Horde on GoW2, Survival on L4D, and Mercenaries on RE5... Well, let's just say the people who play these gametypes aren't nearly as big of jerks as people who play Halo 3 multiplayer. And a lot of these players know how to work together, how to stay together, and how to use communication.
Overall more positive experience.
