1) The raw 3D version where you can watch it from any players view or move freely in the air at any angle.

2) The unchangedable file where you can edit the video frame by frame and make them follow a specific pattern (circling or whatever around a certian object or person) for a specific amout of time. Add music and make the camera be anywhere in a certain frome where the action happends somewhere else or you want it at a different angle at that time. (All of that is during the editing process. After you save it, it can't be changed. You could exchange them over LANs or Xbox Live. Think of all the things you could make.)

Any comments?

It'll probably be similar to Myth's. It's only one file but you can either move the camera yourself or use the automatic one.

Erm, those infamous screens were simply beta shots - I'm sure I need not remind you of the equally infamous "All things are subject to change" motto. I was under the impression there was an official word regarding the inclusion of a replay feature.

Halo 2 captures the entire session for replay, VCR style. Since it just records engine events and not a video file, it stays under one megabyte, making it possible to save on a memory card and share with your friends. While pausing, rewinding and fast forwarding, you're free to roam the camara around the player. It's a neat Matrix-like effect, but it's also practical for detecting cheaters, since every frame of the action can be frozen and inspected.
