Seriously, I don't like being able to see every individual pixel that is further out than the other. Halo 3 had little to no anti-aliasing, and the 'Desperate Measures' trailer had none either.

Since i got an HDtv all games are littered with pixels, so its probably Microsofts fault and not Bungies.

NO GROUP INVITES!!!

AA is not enabled in Halo 3 (and by extension, ODST) because the game engine uses HDR and is not for some reason compatible with AA at same time. Remember that Halo 3 is not HD game, it's only 640p but the Xbox scales it to 720p (or higher).
Whether ODST is 720p native, i don't know.

BUT ODST apparently has higher FOV, rather than Halo 2/3s 70-75 degrees. It's evidennt from the gameplay vids, when you see first person look to sniper or laser, you can clearly see how it looks longer and narrower... thus higher FOV. So while you can't have AA, you can take some consolation from larger field of vision.

IF lack AA really bothers you, you probably shouldn't play Halo 3 but wait till Reach which, according to some info, features new technologies, HD resolution and that sort stuff.

Halos have never been technically super advanced... personally i don't care. What i care is that Halos have damn good style, interesting environments and good use of color and lighting. ODST seems to be even better in these.

Sorry, but what's anti aliasing? I'm not very knowledgeable when it comes to that sort of thing.

Halo looks worse with anti-aliasing.
Just like it looks worse when you go higher than 720p definition.

Your blood will clean the blood for now.

I saw that too, like in the beginning, when Buck and Romeo are walking on the Space Elevator (imo) some of the outside grating seems to move, really hard to explain in words :/. But yeah I get you, I don't want to see every pixel.

"Apparently people don't like the truth, but I do like it; I like it because it upsets a lot of people. If you show them enough times that their arguments are bull-blam!-, then maybe just once, one of them will say, 'Oh! Wait a minute I was wrong.' I live for that happening. Yes, I'm the guy who had the Flood admit to being furries.

I think Bungie said something about you need either Anti Aliasing or real time lighting/HDR. Both kills CPU if both are used.

Ever noticed Halo 3 has had better lighting and shininess than other games?

Your blood will clean the blood for now.

Yeah, it has really good lighting.

The link one of the guy above me gave us has examples a little bit further from the page. Look at those. It should help you out a bit.
