in halo Reach do you think it would be cool to fight other humans in the first missions because i keep hearing about rebels or something like that in books and halo wars, what do you think?

Here’s what Luke had to say about the differences in treatment between the Spartans and Elites in Reach:

“Instead of piece-by-piece customization like the Spartans, Elite customization is a full model swap with models selected from the various Elite classes appearing throughout the Campaign. There are all kinds of reasons for this, not the least of which is our continued emphasis on the Spartan as your identity in Reach.”

Boring.

Headshot headshot headshot.

Back in action

the idea has potential it really just depends on how it would be implemented in the game, but in all honesty i doubt that will happen.

Just enjoy the damn game!
Who cares about BR vs AR

The original missions for the Blue Team were trying to take out the rebel leaders, so it could be implemented, but if the game is called Halo: Reach and Reach is a human therefore a UNSC stronghold, then there is almost no chance rebels will have made a base. In the books i believe some are in Asteroid Fields.
It wouldnt play as well either. With no shields it would just be headshot and kills straightaway.
Good idea, but not in this game.

so bungie put in grunts in which all you do is HEAD SHOT.

Also may i add what if they had those pilot helmets on like in halo 3 when you try to kill the pilots with head shots they dont die because of armor.

I made a detailed thread on this a few weeks ago, people didn't like the idea.

Why? I mean, it doesn't fit with the story at all.

Insurrectionists were present on Reach, or at the least in the moons around it, but with the Covenant attacking, I doubt they'd still try to kill the UNSC.

I think they'd ally themselves with you at some point in the campaign, like Admiral Whitcomb does with Governor Jiles in First Strike.

I'm 23, I have a house, dog, girlfriend, job and I have no interest in any fanboyism so if you're thinking about sending me a childish PM, don't be surprised when I don't call back.

Flaskback sequence maybe? an attempt to show the making of the spartans starting with why they were made.
