Well if this does end up being based off The Fall Of Reach, then we will be using Mark IV and Mark V MJOLNIR Armor, which neither of them automatically inject biofoam to the wearer, so I'm assuming the health pack will make a return, if not already returning in ODST.

Actually REACH was where the Spartans got pieces of their armor upgraded. So maybe, maybe not.

Ex: I believe Fred got an enhanced radar upgrade to his suit.
