50 in H2/H3? Great, but you still fail at this.

So it seems that the n00by hacker codehpro is at it again, crashing games and posing as other people:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N9nx0Ln6GkU

The only workaround is to make games invite only.

And also, here is a update to gfwl you should get:

And also, codehpro claimed he was going to release his hacks soon "now that i have Halo 3" in a comment on one of his vids. Which means we will be screwed if live doesnt do something about these gamertag hacks and game crashing. And if he abuses his isps service by crashing games, ms can tell his isp so they can cut his internet for doing this. After all, he is also hacking other stuff as well (look on the youtube channel codehpro.)

And they could fix it just by using a freaking anti cheat technology which scans for stuff that mess with h2v like Cheat engine.

And also, codehpro should be banned from live. And more people may play h2v if h2x's online play is killed so they can add more than 100 friends.

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

A LIVE ban would be nice, but it's so easy to create a new GT for H2V. It'll never end.

I just called GFWL about this and i told them about this. They recorded it and also said to call the number on the last page of the manual.

I just told the people at gfwl about codehpro joining games.
And info on the second call:

It took 30 min and lots of routing between departments.
The tech support guy said the servers were down when it said games not avalible.
And he said the crashing was a old issue (remember gunmonkey? i think he meant that)

this is what I got.
Codehpro and Unholydoughnut are behind it.
Codehpro the thief, and Unholy with his programming.
and yes they threaten to release, since Codehpro has got Halo 3 for Xbox 360.

They are causing the crashes by overloading the Buffer/memory.
which makes me question, why is the buffer so easily overloaded?
BAD PROGRAMMING = CONCLUSION!!! :'(

Not just bad programming, but the fact that there is no software to protect the memory means that bad programming and lack of anti cheat are the causes.

IPs always change, so something that doesn't will have to be banned.

They can also ban your PC. And if you have a high end one, you arent gonna spend hundreds to ecape a ban.

Oh, and i was playing HSG Disturbed's game and 3 clones join. I leave the game and got a pic at the server browser:

I saw in that same menu gunmonkey joined a game to crash it and it said
"sir n00b a lot" (yes, thats what it said)
"Clone 1"
"Clone 2"
"Clone 3"

It's best CodehPrick should stop joining out games.

Have you ever played the XBox version? In it, you can have 1 player and 3 guests so gunmonkey was using leftover code in the game to hack and get 4 clones at once to join. But now that i think about, this was more like 3 namehackers as 3 ppl have been hacking h2v (codehpro, unholydohunt, and box255). They also werent in order like parties are in h2x, nor did they join at once like that other one where gunmonkey joined with hiredgun, ms, and bungie gtags. So it seems like this one is a little worse than gunmonkey, but just not crashing server browser.

it was 100% taken out, Bungie even said "they" took this out. they were in a party together, and the party leader browses for a game to victimise, and presto they all join at once. I'll provide a link.
Bungie's so called blog on H2V

Tell me where it says that. As i couldnt find what you were talking about.

And also, making a update is harder than you think as ms doesnt have infinite cash, nor do they have a update studio like halo wars did.

Will Halo 2 for Windows Vista add online co-op?

No, it won't In addition, all split-screen and co-op mode have been disabled for Halo 2 Vista.

Why did you disable split-screen and co-op modes for Halo 2 for Windows Vista?

Playing co-operatively through any console game in a living room environment surrounded by friends and family is markedly different experience than gathering around the average PC.
In addition, eliminating split-screen gaming removed the most challenging performance problem from Halo 2, and gave the H2V developers room to improve graphics and audio in the game.

The key word there is "disabled". The code is probably still in the game.
