Some can come away from reading "War and Peace" thinking it a simple adventure story, while others can read the ingredients on a gum wrapper and unlock the secrets of the universe.

Very straight forward. I don't think so because spartans have a super suit and indestructible bones. Even if Halo 1 had it.

I hunt for the Prophet of Contentment, the San 'Shyumm that murdered my son, and stole his birthright, his Energy Sword. They call our species Heretics. They claim to all that our tongues sting, our words a vile poison that feeds on the unworthy. I have seen the true face of Heresy. The head of a gallant warrior lay on the ground. His neck scorched and blistered, scarred by his own blade. I shall retrieve the weapon, and drive it through that bastard's heart! Punishment for his sins is nigh.

THE SHIELDS OF MK V ARMOR COULD NOT RESIST HARD LANDING IMPACT.

Ugh...

First on a BWU.. yeah, I'm cool.

ODST;MYTHIC Screenshot winner! One of the first to get their hands on the mythic map pack.

Multi-player isn't canon. I can understand Fall damage in Campaign, but not in multi-player.

Why not in MP?

A mythic member but I speak my mind to much.

I liked it in halo 1, added a bit of difficulty to the game. couldnt just camp on top of a building and jump down onto unsuspecting people. Leveled the playing field a bit.

Minimal damage to shields would be cool. nothing to serious like death, since Spartans can most likely survive a fall from a building.

Fall damage forced players to think more and learn jumps better. Took more skill to navigate maps.

The suits do break, they're not entirely indestructible. And their bones break too.

"Things are never as they seem..."

By implementing more 'realism' into the game, they'll take what feels familiar to so many people who play Call of Duty and incorporate a more fresh Halo feel. Tone down the jump height. Make it so that you have to use some of your shields to do something... superhuman. I don't know. They can do a lot with the game being set before major suit upgrades. I want this game to feel like going from Call of Duty 2 to Call of Duty 4.

Dude I don't care and my grammer is perfect.I used "Big", as you recall it to mak is specific."to not do...",is incorrect beause "do" is present tense/perfect(or future) when it was a past tense.

As long as we have big, soft, blue gym mats at the end of every mancannon, I don't care.

Agreed , Halo should not be a CoD clone. Also Spartans do break bones, Im pretty sure Kelly broke a rib or two somewhere, and in First Strike a whole lotta bones were broken landing on Reach.

Ever read the books? I'm not saying make it a Call of Duty clone, I'm saying make it a -little- bit closer to a believable experience. People enjoy that from the number of copies the Call of Duty series has been selling as of late.
