Subject: Rookie's face in Firefight?

Ok, we know we have the option to remove your character's helmet in Firefight. And we can bet that the Rookie will be the default, unless the default is no face. So my question is shouldn't we be able to see the rookie's face in Firefight?

I'm betting you unlock the Rookie fully after beating the campaign on Normal, and in the ending cutscene, we'll see his face. Then you can use his model fully in Firefight after that. I think it's a good insurance method of being worthy enough to see the main character's face.

What do you think?

EDIT: Turns out the Rookie doesn't say a word in the entire campaign.

I doubt it, people speculated that Halo 3 was going to show Master Chief face at the end, overall it would ruin the experience since you're supposed to be the main character(s).

MW2 is going to show us Soap's face. And Halo 3 probably isn't the last we've seen of the Chief, so I bet they saved him for later. But a one time protagonist who doesn't say a word. I would hope we get to know what he looks like.

Or maybe in the Mythic ending (legendary, all skulls on), we see his face and hear him talk, and only then may we bear his face and hear him scream profanities at the Covenant.

Yeah but that is Infinity Ward making MW2, not Bungie. Meaning they have different storyline techniques. Halo 3 was claimed to be the game that you play as Master Chief.
