To the individual who referred to Halo 3 as having the most diverse arsenal of weaponry you are correct, on paper anyway. We all know that what is drawn up on paper does not translate in to actual game-play. If one plays Halo 2 say and then Halo 3, you will see that the ability to play with various weapons exist. In Halo 3, it has become such a one-weapon driven game. If you do not have the BR, you will lose 75% of the time. I feel bad for the average gamer who does not play Halo on a daily basis. I really do. LOL. (Not really)
I must admit I am more of the old-school FPS fan with games such as Quake 1-3 and Doom in mind. Halo 3 is all mid-range strafing battles. Unless the map is tiny there is no other option. The brutality is gone. Even in Halo 2, with the speed of gameplay being faster, there was more chaos so to speak.
