Because Muslims surgically implant organic bombs in their testicles, which in turn will be injected into women during sex, which will grow into BABY BOMBS!

Nope, it'll never happen.

The only reason i am realy thinking this is because i thought it would be about time for bungie to show what the chief looks like the books gave us a pretty good description but i would still like it to be implemented in the game

RED BRICK STUDIOS!

Where does it say anything about "all the spartans"? The second class of spartan-II's either didn't see Chief at all or very little.

Try to keep up!

you see the chief and the mystery(the thing that makes him so cool) is gone and you just got a regular FPS character

I would like the chief to show more character, and unmasking him is a way to start.

all the spartans as in the first group of spartans that trained and grew up with the master chief Just because people are talking about the second group of spartans being in thegame does not meen all the old spartans will not be in the game

I would also like it if the chief is in the game that we get to hear him and all of the other spartans talk a little more it seems like in halo 2 and 3 the chief didnt have as much dialoge as halo ce did

A tender mind of shadows
A fragile world of dreams
let us finish this
Halo 3

MC is on the little orbital platform.... read the book...
this game will most likely take place on the ground, so he might not even be in it at all

If you read the books you realize that John (Master Chief) is just an extremely pale, average looking guy with short black hair, do you really think that showing him without his helmet on would improve the game? It would be a letdown to find that out, because the helmet encases the chief with an aura of fascinating mystery and that would all be for naught if his face was shown. Plus, while playing through the game a lot of people picture themselves in the helmet, which would also be ruined if his face was shown. So no, I dont think Bungie and would show him w/out his helmet and I seriously hope they don't.

U guys have some pretty good points on why bungie wont include it but about the whole thing about how the game will only be on ground im sure it is a possibility that u will be dropped from a pelican or something just because not all the spartans were on reach at the time the attack had started so the second group of spartans could have been up over space as the attack had begun but who knows maby they will just show a clip of u being dropped off

He probably has, but doesn't pay too much attention. He hasn't read the books though which is something he should do before making dumb statements.

I believe that you WILL see the MC at least once in this game, and he will be mentioned a lot. But I really hope you don't see his face. Although I'm really curious to know what he looks like and so is everyone else.. it would just be better if you never see it.

However, seeing the faces of all the other spartans I think would be ok.

  • 08.12.2009 5:25 PM PDT

Dylan J. Yocca

well he'll definitely be mentioned and maybe you'll see him in the begining or end really it all depends who is the main character and when and where the game begins and ends who knows maybe you're a Spartan he sends out to Reach in the begining and you'll see him give a big speech or something

for unmasking, if bungie does it its only 4 1 reason... its bungie's last halo before they hand it to microsoft and whoever

People say its that guy from Halo Wars but probably not.

Bungie benefits more with MC masked..
