Subject: Theory ODST in Halo 3[My Opinion]

NirtoKrazy

Have you guys ever wondered if the Halo 3: ODST's Micky, Romeo, Rookie, Etc. was in the Halo 3 game? Remember the time that you landing down on the Covenant level and ODST was there? I wonder if those are the ODST in the new game. Tell me what you think on that?

There are millions of ODST's. What makes you think that those ones are Buck and the squad?

ODST starts on about the 3rd level of H2 and ends some time before H3 starts so it IS possible but just VERY unlikely.

Seriously? ODST takes place before Halo 3, during Halo 2. How could you not know that?

well if i did hear them straight the ODST was 3 weeks before chief lands[ heard on the E3 review] the ODST "Rookie" crash landed. Well in the Halo 3 Movie Trailer the was introduced on Youtube. I seen ODST's tracking Cheif from the skys before he crash landed. They found the destination where chief was going to land in Halo 3. The ODST's on the covenant had painted armor. I believe they found cheif because the Covenant knew cheif was coming which that is the reason why they wanted to start and invasion on New Mombasa. Because they the covenant knew that Chief would shine hope to finish the fight because he was the last spartan. Which I think is the reason why Bungie is making Halo: Reach next year to explain how powerful a spartan really is. That is where they trained was on Reach. Cheif was one of them that made through it all. Chief was one of the strongest out their that is the reason i come to this theory.

Never...Post...On...Here...Again... about 90% of all that post was gibberish that you have made up in your little fantasy world (inside the fantasy world that is Halo).
The Covenant had no idea Chief was on the Forerunner Dreadnaught...They had no idea where he was going to land...He's not the last Spartan...We all know the Spartans were trained on Reach...Chief isn't one of the strongest Spartans (atleast he's not well known for being stronger), Chief is the luckiest Spartan and the best leader (by far)... Please read what you post before you hit "Submit"

AND what does ODSTs having painted armor got to do with your theory? That paint signifies rank, white being a squad member and red being a squad leader...

because when Chief blowed up the halo in the second one they went to New Mombasa to crash the Head Quarters that was there. They was going to invade because they new chief was coming soon. ODST was doing the search for the reason why the invasion started. New Mombasa was a hunting grounds for the Brutes and Grunts to wait on the arrival on Chief. Because the people on earth didn't know there was a spartan alive still. So ODST "Rookie" was set to find out about this invasion.

One word describes what i can call you without it getting "Blammed"...Idiot...Just break your Halo disc now (if you even have one, which by the sounds of it you don't) and get out of here...You know NOTHING about Halo. Please, for your own good and for my sanity just...G...T...F...O

Oh my bad mister sour pouch i though i would express my theory. I didn't say anyone had to believe it and no its not my fantasy world. its just a thought that was in my mind. People on earth didn't know that spartan still exist in Halo 3 when cheif made it to Crow's Nest. They though hope was lost before they notice him they got their hope back when they saw him. I was just think on New Mombasa that they was ahead setting a place. There is something speical about New Mombasa the covenant just wouldn't land there and start a invasion there is a reason to this. I thought it could be that Chief was still floating in space that the Convenant got there before he did and they was seaching for him.

Your theory was dead before you thought of it. Either you skip cutscenes and ignore dialogue to get to the action faster or you NEVER played ANY Halo Games.

The Covenant originally turned up in New Mombasa because, i think, they were searching for the portal to The Ark...Not what you said...Now...Please...No more blaspheming...It hurts my soul.

They came for the Portal of the Ark, that's why the fleet was so small in Halo 2, and why they had a Scarab (the Scarab is a refitted mining vehicle).

An opinion that's wrong... Try reading the books or, God forbid, actually taking in the story as you play...Halo isn't just an FPS: it's a very intricate and detailed story, as well.

Ok there is some special about the Ark. But i do believe in somewhere acrossed the lines they was searching for chief too. Because if someone destoryed my halo i would be mad too because of what destruction can be done with this one ring that can dominate the planet in one shot.

They had no idea where Chief was...One moment he was in High Charity and the next he's "gone". He HID inside the Forerunner Dreadnaught and then fell to Earth as it entered Earth's atmosphere...He landed near where the Covenant landed because that's the direction the ship was headed and therefore the direction momentum would send him as he plummeted to Earth. They weren't specifically trying to hunt him down as they were concentrating more on finishin The Great Journey...
