covenant "grunt gun" manufactured by pre-covenant grunts but was being used by a few elites at reach.. it is a plasma submachine gun. . it has the power of the needler but the firing rate of the smg in halo3 and the accuracy of a plasma pistol, with a similar reticule, and very little recoil.

A Phat ass Brute Sniper - single shot pwnage

a suped up brute shot looking thing, that shot a heavy, high caliber bullet that exploded after punchering the target, and was designed not to go all the way through the target. with a heat sensing scope?

UNSC Carbine. Like the Halo 2 BR that was first shown in the demo thing on Halo CE platnium hits or whatever it was. Scope or not, idc but it would be good to have a variation of the BR.

A single-shot-to-kill, bolt action rifle. Maybe Alien, idk.

Steven

I would like to see a brute weapon that is kinda like a grenade launcher. It lobs grenades similarly to the brute shot but the rounds are as powerfull as rockets. However, the gun will only have one round per clip. This is because the gun has another feature. The first time you pull the trigger, the gun shoots. The second time you pull the trigger, the round explodes. If you switch weapons before pulling the trigger the second time, the round simply dies.

Imagine, you fire it at a hog but barely miss, pull the trigger again and you've got your kill. Again, this is balanced by having only one round per clip. Maybe it could explode on impact or maybe it only explodes when the trigger is pulled a second time, im not sure about that one. Whatever balances better.

Maybe it would be better if the round only exploded when you pull the trigger a second time. In that case, you could shoot the round at the ground and wait for it to come to a stop. In that sense, you could set traps. Wait for someone to come running near it and pull the trigger. It would require your attention unlike the trip mine. Again, if you switch weapons, or reload, the round dies and become useless.

oh, i had another good idea. If you hit someone with the round but havnt exploded it, the person gets splattered.
