you said the same thing happened in Halo 1 PC? crashes, how did that get resolved?
and as I said, Mooseifer 01 travels in groups, he can send pawns in for suicide, to take the damage.
There was a program called "haloboom" or something along those lines. I cannot remember the name of the person that made it. All it did was crash Halo PC servers. You put in the IP address of the server and executed it and it would cause the server to crash. The source code was available and someone showed it to bungie, and we got the 1.08 patch.

why can't people like sawnose even touch this game?
does microsoft even understand why they failed on this game?
did they think this game would be worth upgrading to vista?
do they think it good of them to limit people's creativity? Halo 1 CE had the best!
Like I have discovered, there are touchy things going on with Halo source code, especially Halo 1 for mac. I am not going to comment on why it is so touchy. If I had to offer a vague reason, it would be that Microsoft bought bungie for the duration of Halos 1,2,3.
------------------------------------------
This is the Most biggest lie Bungie and Hiredgun have ever made. erm,
they took out split-screen because they wanted an easy job
they lied about the graphics
they never gave us online co-op
they disabled many map making features that the HiredGun team showed us, meaning map creation means nothing. many map creators talent is squandered.
the Cross-platform was a lie.
seeing how Bungie handled modders on halo 2 xbox, I'd of thought they'd handled it on halo 2 vista, and they did, with one big exception Memory HACKERS!
hmm...can a company be sued for lying? I'm sure there are laws for that?
I'm on Windows 7 RC, and I like Synergy very much, and many other mods for this game.
You cannot comment on that fairly because they did not know at the time that they would be able do all that or not. Macsoft said things while making Halo 1 for Mac that they never did. I cannot hold them responsible by saying they lied about something they could not prevent. If Bungie could have done those things and make it stable, then they would have. Bungie is not the type of company that drops content because they choose to.
