just in case they run out of ammo they can pick up the opposing weapons because they know have knowledge on how to use them, and this should be on a halo 3 forum not odst forum

Elites never used to use the 'inferior' human weapons. Brutes are less picky.

First of all, you might consider putting that in a Halo 3 thread, not the ODST one.
But to answer your question it basically solidifies that the Humans and Elites are working together as a whole rather than just the Arbiter being the lone ally of the humans.

It was to symbolise that the Humans and Elites were now working together, it was very powerful. Johnson walking past Elites with there weapons without a care, and the Arbiter with human weapons. It showed that the two were no longer fighting each other.

But this is the ODST forum.

I love you stosh.

Well some of the Marines in question were ODSTs. As is Johnson. SO actually it could stay here.

If I had one wish for Bungie.net, it would be to be able to change my username. Even if it cost me Microsoft Fun-Money, Space Bucks, or Stosh Dollars. That is all.

He has ODST training. And the theory that he is a Spartan I is still technically only theory.

This event happened in Halo 3, therefore it belongs in the Halo 3 forum.

My honor student can beat up your honor student.

I think it was because they were still pissy about the war and were stealing each other's weapons to be spiteful. But that stuff about symbolism sounds ok too.

i dont think thats entirely true.

Cause later on you that that the Arbiter was just taking the Human Weapons near the pelican that Lord Hood left on

But you never see what johnson did with the covie weapons i think just helped the elites with their gear
Part Symbolization Part helping hand
