Battle Creek - Have one of your friends stay at the back of the base with the overshield and hoard it, you get the invis and go up the arch and get the rocket, drop down, grab the sniper. Use the rocket and sniper accordingly then do it again in one minute when invis gets back, but the rocket won't be back for 2 minutes. OV and Camo is every minute if you wanna time it.

Sidewinder - Get the sniper, own the cliffs outside of the area where you get the powerups, keep the powerups. If it turns into a vehicle battle, turn off your XBox and call your friends noobs.

BG - The sniper is key here too, the key is to stay in the corners and along the walls so you're in the shadows, and snipe the middle of the feel and bases as they spawn. Try to get the OV in the cave instead of going across the middle, unless your friends are noobs then you should have no trouble.

Like I said if they get in vehicles, which are totally noob.. even in CTF, too big of an advan in 2v3... call em noobs, tell em they suck, maybe they'll quit getting in them.
This is TS strats...

No I can easily take out vehicles, they're nothing but death traps for noobs. I can take out a vehicle 95 percent of the time, its the 5 percent when I am fighting someone else and a noob runs me over from behind that pisses me off. So you're right I don't like them, but I assure you I know anything you do times ten. :)

Happy fun grenade time! Yes, 'nades are fun indeed. And I don't think anyone should be bragging about their "skills" on this thread. There's no point, and you're sure not impressing anyone, so give it a break.

CTF:BG:
method 1: at the beginning of the game send your vehicle across to the other base and hide it somewhere. there should be a dark areabehind one and a cave near another... later on, wait for all the characters come to your base.. then have your friend protect the base and you steal the flag and use the vehicleto get back quick...

method 2: both of you drive two warthogs to the other base... while you go in through the back to get the flag, the other person drives around the base as a distraction, then both of you drive into the horizon at the same tie. the results ar mighty positive...

alternative method: when i play, there is no radar... if you do the same, have one person stay and hide within the other base, once the second player getts a warthog, time it right so that the player has the flag by the time you drive behind the base, it would e perfect if he just presses x at the dorr way and gets him while the warthog is at full speed...

* Don't use glitches because that's a little dirty. Maybe use one or two to make a point or blow the minds of your oppenant, but not to take advantage of what you know.
* Even up the teams some more. 3 vs 3 or 4 vs 4. 3 vs 2 most likely is asking for trouble, especially in CTF.
* Don't camp! Keep moving whatever you're doing because you never know who's watching you! Yes it can be ok to freeze for a second or two to ensure you get a head shot with the Sniper Rifle, but that's only if you're not the best sniper.
* Try to stay out of sight. For example, run in the shadows (or tunnels if BG) instead of running out in the open. Only be out in the open when you have to, or when you have an advantage (like a fast vehicle).

In BG: Take the tanks and put them in the one cave...you cant get them back out. If you notice the other team using the caves, use the middle. If they use the middle, use the caves. Dont be seen because you want them to get to your base while you take their flag. Then your teammate kills them while you take whatever way you came, back.

3 v 2 in CTF. There isnt much that I can help you with because having even one more extremely crappy player can turn the tides. have you best person guard the flag and have the other be the flag carrier. When he gets the flag, if he dosn't have a vehicle, go pick him up. otherwise go to the middle of the map and lay down some cover fire. all this is coming from experience. And My team won with 2 people.

I agree. All you need to take out a tank is a a pistol and two plasma grenades. To take out a Hog, just get a shotgun, shoot like a maniac, and dodge their charges. Or you could get a rocket launcher.

PS: Never use vehicles unless you absolutely have to. It's suicide... ...excluding the ghost.

BTW, Have you read that one sniping guide? I think it's called Hikaru's something, something. Well anyway, read the part about raising your accuracy. It said to turn your Look-Sensitivity all the way up to 10. Then after you get used to that, start getting used to sniping close range...which isn't really called sniping but that's not the point. It takes two shots from the sniper rifle (everywhere except the head which takes one) to take out anyopponet. I think it's one shot at point-blank. your friends might call you cheap for sniping but at least it's effective.

Tip: when you're using the sniper rifle in close range, always keep your scope at X2 I find it easier to aim that way. And always aim a bit ahead of the target (the sniper rife is really f**king accurate). If he/she is charging at you like a kamikaze warrior, thats another story.

Well, for the two noobs, just charge in with any fist firing guns and they won't stand a chance. But for the experienced player, may I suggest a less direct attack. Oh yeah, tell me what your weapon of choice is. I might have some good statagies for it.

My weapon of choice: Anything that fires. I will use any weapon that is given to me. But of course, I will normally have a sniper rifle and a human pistol though. I am pretty good with them, but i need to move more.

I sugest that you stick with a combo of the sniper rifle and the shotgun-take out anyone at long range with the SR and anyone up close with the SG. If you need to move, move while crouched and move SLOWLY as to stay off the motion tracker. One more thing stay in the open bebind a rock or maybe a warthog. People over use the warps and cliffs.

In a 2 vs 3 it's is really hard to win unless your are a lot better than nthe other team.

For Any CTF just go both on offense, 1 defender has no chance of taking on a 2 on 1 if he's as bad as you say.

For blood gulch make sure you both have your favorite weapons, while the gunner preferably has the rocket, then if the enemy decides to hop in their hog you can get out and park either hog on the enemy teleporter, then assault their base. Have the gunner do the gunner launch, to perform it you must look straight back and the hog has to be going full speed then press X you should land on the enemy base, blow the sniper away with a grenade, or grab it then drop in (after chucking most of your frags) grab the flag head out the back door, make sure your partner is their to pick you up. If he died find an escape veichle and get out of there.

For Sidewinder, I'm not very experienced but you could grab a ghost and do the ghost through bars" glitch, get your partner to hop in another ghost or something else and madly assault the enemy base, he will distract them while you sneak in without getting noticed. Then get back to the bars hop in the ghost for a quick point.

For BC whore the power ups, don't guard the flag it's hopeless because they'll blitz you, also be blue because you can jump through the red windows. Also here is my strategy, take the teleporter, after grabbing power ups if you want to. However you must have at least 1 frag nade. get on their base, chuck some nades in, or get your partner to go in their front door to distract them so they'll focus on him, but make sure he doesn't grab the flag. drop onto the rised platform and duck, you should now have the flag, stand in the middle and chuck the frag at your feet and duck you should now be on the roof, take the teleporter immediately turn right and go through the sewers to you base it's an easy point.

I do this all the time and they still get tricked by it.

Have your friend strafe around the enemy base in a gost continually fireing. He has to know the land scape because if he hits a rock while strafeing, he's sniped. Otherwise it's pretty hard to hit him since he's always getting just out of sight around the other side of the base. While their distracted with him move in the back way with camo. Either take the portal and have you friend fall back to defend or grab his gost.

ON BATTLE CREEK GRAB THE ROCKET LAUNCHER AND KICK ASS

Just for starters....I've hosted LAN parties on a weekly basis for about a year now. They're a blast. Hope you have fun! For 5 people I'd actually recomend the smaller levels like Chill Out, Damnnation, Prisoner, and Hangem High(they're really fun if u get used to them).
In slayer, really try to get a good kill/death ratio. It will help you out. I used to just run in and go full out on the closest person and beat them down. It works if you have more skill then the other players...but you will get killed by other incomming foes. ONLY shoot a person if you know that you can pick them off before they get cover. You never want an enemy to know your general location or patterns. Try to get the powerups and rocket launcher. Keep in mind that you can bait other opponents with powerups. Wait for them to come, kill them take powerup. Take the time to hide and let your shield regenerate before going back into battle. Oh, and use the Pistol as it's the best all around weapon.

Battlecreek- You want to have control over the top of the basis, preferbly the red base which houses the overshield. You can get up to the top of the bases by climbing the rocks at the side of the base and in front of the base. you can also get on top by throwing a grenade, picking up the overshield, and jumping with the xplosion ontop of the portal at red base. You can then jump ontop of the base by crouching at the top of your jump(sounds confusing, but it's really the best way up there as it's unexpected by opponents, and u get an overshield). The rocket launcher is key to this level. Either get it, or keep opponents from getting it. NEVER WALK UP THE ARC to get the rocket launcher. You can risk it if you have the invisibility, but it's still not a good idea. Jump up there from the sniper cove or toss a grenade to get it down. Also, use the lower levels of the bases for recovering your shield and getting out of your opponents way when needed. They're a nice bypass to the portals.

Sidewinder- For CTF- have one guy go over and pick up the invisibility/overshield. Have that guy go get the flag. That guy then can bring the flag back by tossing it through the overshield/invis bars to you. You can then quickly run the flag back for a score while your opponents are still wondering where the heck their flag is.

BG- Take the ghosts to your opponents base. You can both go in different ways or you can have one guy distracting everyone by circling the base and shooting in the ghost while the other gets the flag. When taking the flag back in a ghost, drive backwards while pressing the "A" button to make sure that you won't get sniped off. If you're playing with respawn time then it won't be a bad idea to drive the ghost over their teleporter......just drive ontop of it with a ghost. Your opponents will die if they come through. If u use the tanks to shell their base then make sure u turn the tank body away from their base to resist snipers.
It might not be a bad idea to let the some of the other team come across the field on foot before u go after their flag. That way there are less people to contend with at the opposing base. If you're getting sniped, and you know it, then make sure that you do not run in a straight line. Stop every once in awhile but not for too long or else they will anticipate your next move. If you get hit by a sniper, let your shield recharge. They will have to hit you another 2 times before they can kill you...same as before. Shields are more important than your health. They will kill you in one hit if you are on the last red though. So keep that in mind. The trick to getting rid of vehicles on foot are grenades. Time your throws well and u can kill any foe in an approaching warthog or ghost. Plasma grenades are good at taking out vehicles too, though you'll seldom use them since they are located away from the bases. The assault rifle actually works really well against vehicles too. Seriously. Tanks are easy to kill as you can just snipe them out in 1 shot or u can hit them with your pistol since their body is fully exposed.

Hope that helps, and have fun!
