You can't technically check, because both grenades function differently, but they do the same damage, you just don't have the factor of there being any health. One grenade needs to settle into the ground before the it explodes while the other can be bounced off of walls, and exploded in mid air.
How can you see a blast radius? You can't test it exactly, unless you have a ruler, or measuring tape.
I like the link you gave me, which doesn't even relate to Weapon explosions rockets, grenades, etc. It goes into blowing crap up like warthogs which is a totally different matter. You think you know about the physics of the game-play but just as you state..you make maps on CE, and is also a totally different subject.
Well you do need to know about game physics in order to make a good map.
Explosion physics...all he does is mod maps on CE.
Correction, I make maps, I actually model them and populate them with different vehicles and weapons, I know how to use Guerilla (Kornman) and Sapien (I don't use hobo, never thought of a reason to) which is what Bungie used for Halo 3.
So I think I may have given you the wrong thing, but I know there is one that explains how explosions and things are made. I was going for the fact that images are used for effects in games.
