Typical Halo nerd. Move along.

They say the Drop Pods can't take the impact of going through a building, yet the ODST's wanted to hit a Covenant Ship! lol, how could a building have more impact than a COVENANT SHIP? I just found this funny.

The ship is levitating, so has the ability to move to compensate for the impact, like with a suspension system. Sure, it wouldn't more for one, but if hundreds of pods hit it...

You should of made up your own instrument. You could have named it the PolarLighting -a-phone. People would buy it and they would all be like "Awh, He's so cool for inventing the PolarLighting-a-phone."

That is a very clever idea. The pods would still have to penetrate a significant amount of [super duper fancy alien] armor plating and a potential energy shield.

The idea is still really cool. Methinks the writers just didn't notice the gap.

I like to play games.

Did you see the trailer, there was fire on the pods. I think that it can penetrate armor. Also where does it say anything about it not being able to land on buildings?

Well in the reveal trailer it clearly shows your pod going through a building so I think that proves you wrong
