#1 - You may have been banned
#2 - The server may have actually closed down

I'm not familiar with teamspeak, so I can't comment on that aspect...

I don't think it is actually a problem - it sounds like one of those things taht just happens every once in a blue moon. Try playing some more, and if it still gives you problems come back and ask for some mor ehelp.

server probably closed down...

ok well i have my own problem. I have just gotten a mod from my friend and he told me to get PPF-O-Matic so that i can put his PPF file in to action. So, first i got PPF-O-Matic (2.0) and it said that the file he gave me had some different coding. Next, i tried to get PPF-O-Matic (3.0) to make the file work. After i unzipped the program and everything, everytime that i tried to open it up i got the message "PPF-O-Matic performed and illegal action and must shut-down". Ok so really what im trying to say here is that i need help either with PPF-O-Matic or another program so that i can get my mod to work.

Thanks... Insanefox

yeah that server shut down thing has happened to me before and its usually cause the server sucks or it just shut down. keep playing and if it gets really bad then start a server of your own...

ok i have a problem as well... i just got halo custom edition and im trying to put the mod levels on there such as bang 'em high.. etc. i extracted them to the map folder and made them .map files instead of .rar, but when i try to start the game it says that its a corrupted file or something and that the game wont run with it on there. so how do you get the mod levels to run?

thanks

download from another site. And never ever manually change the name of a map file...

it really sucks when you join the server RIGHT after the game closes (i'm talking like nanoseconds).

you dont change it to .map, you extract the .map folder from the .rar. its kind of like a zip. you should be able to extract it with winrar or izarc (you can get izarc on halomaps.co.uk)

Whoa whoa whoa. Are you importing ".map" files into your Halo PC directory? (C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Halo ) If so, don't do that. I did that once when I was a noob and the game would think that I was going to play that map. So everything I did... it got much slower. Also... delete any printscreen or screenshots you have took that are in your Halo PC directory.

Server solution:
You are probably lagging really bad. When you lag bad, the connection can't handle all the packet loss so i boots you out of the current Halo PC server. It tells either one of the following messages: The Game Server Has Closed Down or Newtork Connection Lost. It's probably the server side that is making you lag. Contact the person who owns the server and have them restart it. Also if you are on a high speed connection, clear the cache on the connection. Halo seems to store files on there. I don't know why. I cleared it one day and I ran at a 34 ping all day.
