in odst if X activates your visor, does that mean you cant pick up power ups, and deployables.

there is no equipment that the ODST's can pick up, however the brutes can still use it.

Ordinary Humans have the strength to carry turrets. Flipping a tank, that's the strength of a Spartan.

There are still bubble shields, at least. You can crouch in them.
