My thumbsticks will be your Doom.... sorry 'bout that.
My Stats
Today when playing HaloCE, on one of the later levels and doing plenty of flood killing i was particularly annoyed when a combat-form kept getting up and coming after me. So when it was finally dead, i heard myself saying that great line of Marine dialogue... "Get up so I can kill you again!"
Anyways, it then occured to me that Bungie might have put that line in sort of as a foreshadow. You don't really meet up with any other Marines after 343GS and in the first half of the game you have plenty of opportunities to hear the line (usually it cracks me up... no matter how many times i hear it). And in the first half of HaloCE, what's dead - stays dead and as we all know in the second half that's not necessarily the case.
So what do ya think? was the line a hint at what was to come or just coincidence? Will you be keeping your ears open in Halo 2 for suspicious combat dialogue?
