Well, quite frankly, I don't want to spend $60 on a few campaign levels, Firefight [Since nobody could be mature enough to simply answer a simple question] Recon, and a bunch of maps I have already (the 3 I don't I wouldn't play anyways). So I was curious if it is possible to only buy the campaign disk or multiplayer disks seperate or if they will be available on the XBLM.

Ninjabag the tea-pirates!

I don't want to join your group.

Not a horde rip-off , a better version of horde. Horde was boring and repetative, this looks like something that might be fun.

I saw Horde rip-off and stopped reading. You should watch the vidoc and read up on the game before you make idiotic posts. Also, search bar dumbass

I asked a question, if you do not want to answer the question, then please don't post. If you wish to flame me, then again, don't post. This thread is asking if I can buy the disks seperate, it's not a discussion on FireFight.

Also it isnt just a few campaign levels. Its a whole seperate full campaign. Id reconsider not getting this game and find more stuff about before you make conclusions.

  • 08.21.2009 7:12 AM PDT

Oh and no cant buy them seperately. And no XBLM downloads.

  • 08.21.2009 7:13 AM PDT

NO!!!!
i am tempted to flame rite now!

I think that you can either just download the new maps when they come out on marketplace or just buy both discs and have fun.

Yea theres a way of doing it, you buy the full game and cut the disk in half then u get the campaign and return the other bits to the store.

if you dont like it, dont -blam!- buy it and stop -blam!- complaining, im sick of people saying its too expensive, if you dont want it then get off the forum and let the rest of us get on with our day in peace!

And if you can't take 5 seconds to use the search bar, no one will listen to you.

I am a Halo 3 Failure.

The way of solving this problem is selling Halo 3 and using the new found money to buy ODST with everything in it.

Some people will sell them separately on Ebay at some point.

But you won't know what you're missing.

I figured, if it comes down to it that's what I'll wind up doing. Doesn't make much sense though that they wouldn't offer a a basic set, full set, etc. Then again I'm not M$.

No I'd rather not. Seeing as this is the 1 millionth topic about this.

If this is a rip off of hoard then what does that make hoard, a Space Invaders rip off? They're all survival games, and Space Invaders has been around since the dawn of gaming.

I'd assume you'd see the disks separate on Ebay at some point. But it's your loss if you don't want to buy it.

Sorry but that will never happen. Bungie has stated on several occasions that those maps are exclusive to Halo 3: ODST. They will never be on Marketplace. They said that currently there is no plan. So basically, when pigs fly (using their own wings).
